She graduated from the Secondary Specialized School of Applied Arts in her hometown, where her passion for ceramics and painting began to take shape.
For many years, Nadezhda worked in various ceramic companies, gaining extensive experience and earning two master certificates from the Chamber of Craftsmen and the Guild of Masters. Alongside her work, she gradually developed her own studio, nurturing her independent artistic vision.
